The timepiece features a 1/20 second chronograph that measures up to 60 minutes, 12/24 time, dual time, alarm, date indicator, and power saver function. Additional features include an inner calendar, which automatically adjusts to the proper date as well as leap years through the year 2100. Independent hour hand adjustment makes changing time zones simple and precise. The genuine leather strap features attractive white contrast stitching and buckle closure.

I must say this one of the most comfortable watches I have ever worn, not too heavy, easy to read, and brilliant strap. I have gotten many compliments in the short span of time I have had it, it goes great dressed up or with jeans and a t-shirt.
Very happy with this, my first Citizen, and would be happy to recommend to anyone.
Date setting discrepancy March 1, 2010

First off, I got the watch a couple days ago. The look, feel, and accuracy are all spot on.
However, it appears that Citizen has changed a few things about the setting of the watch, and NOT changed the documentation. I had to experiment in order to figure out how to set the date, it was nothing like the instructions. In order to change the MODE (time, chrono, alarm, local time) you now have to pull the crown out to the first position, then rotate it. This means that the first position can no longer be used to set the date! (like the instructions say) Now, in TIME mode, with the crown pulled out to position two (where the time is set) the "A" button toggles between all of the time AND date settings (the selected hand does a little dance to let you know it's selected), and twisting the crown adjusts it.
Personally I LOVE this change (once I figured out how to set it). Other reviewers had complained about inadvertently changing the mode when pulling their hand out of a pocket, etc. Now, clicking the crown in the zero position does NOTHING. Which is how it should be. It looks like Citizen listened to user feedback, which speaks miles about them. They now need to update their documentation to match.
Great watch, we'll see how it does with more time on the wrist, but I wanted to let everyone know about my findings ASAP!

I love this watch ! It's a great all around watch - as I use it for fun and for work.
I travel for work and the dual time zone (Local Time) feature is super. I change the time to my destination when I enter the plane and I can then use the destination local time for my arrival and other appointments.
The hands are easy to read in most light conditions. The band is very comfortable.
The Solar Feature keeps the need for a battery replacement a distant possibility. The quartz movement is very accurate.
I do not use the alarm feature much, but it's available if desired.
I highly recommend this watch!!

this watch has truly saved my life. When I was living in Darfur and helping the less fortunate hone in on their watch nut skills, i had been attacked by a great white whale. During the fight with the whale, I was knocked out by the great beast's tail and sank to the bottom of the dark abyss. When coming into consciousness I caught a shimmer from the corner of my eye. It was a treasure chest, I opened the great box with the initials J.C. (i assume our good lord and savior)inside was this great piece of machinery Citizen Men's Eco-Drive Perpetual Calendar Chronograph Watch. I put it on and instantly I felt the presence of the Solar Cells seeping into my blood stream. A surge of life flowed through my three wolf t-shirt and I was born again as. .. dun dun da. . . Solar Wolf. I grew gills and was able to breathe in the water. I live there now and I have only surfaced to tell my tale. Please friends spread the word, this watch saved my life
My only complaint is that it says is for men, I am not longer man or woman, for I am Solar Wolf (this is the only reason why i gave it four stars)
